Mylar® COOK show kitchen at ScanPack
Quick cooking, simple handling and a high-quality, tasty product – convenience solutions are popular with many consumers. MULTIVAC uses its show kitchen at various trade fairs to present the Mylar® COOK packaging concept, which was developed specially for cooking packaged food in the oven. This allows a variety of products to be cooked hygienically and safely – whether meat, fish, poultry, vegetables, ready-meals or bakery products. Mylar® COOK offers numerous benefits: thanks to central preparation and packaging of meals, and the fact that the end user’s oven does not need to be cleaned after cooking, considerable time savings can be achieved. In addition to this, consistent quality of meals is assured, and cooking can also be carried out by non-skilled personnel.
ScanPack, which takes place from 20 to 23 October 2015 in Gothenburg/Sweden, is the next trade fair, where interested observers can enjoy watching the presentation of Mylar® COOK on the MULTIVAC Stand B04:42 in Hall B.
